If you choose to leverage our expertise, we will analyze your current telecom bills (local, long distance, data, wireless, etc.), together with your needs, and compare the rates and services you currently have to other carriers - FOR FREE!  We can do this objectively because we have access to practically all of the national and regional telecom providers available.  Unlike a sales rep, we are a non-exclusive, independent telecom agent.  We can bring you name brand carrier solutions, as well as solutions you may not be aware of from 2nd and 3rd tier providers.  Our knowledge of the strength's and weaknesses of each carrier helps us narrow the playing field for you, so you can choose from the top 3 or 4 best suited to meet your specific needs - needs you clearly define for us up front.

We stay with you.

We continue to support you through implementation, confirming your changes and pricing are effective, then we also act as an intermediary between you and the service provider to ensure you are taken care of properly.  This is what separates us from telecom brokers.  We continue to support you by serving as an escalation/advisory point to ensure a higher quality of customer service - at no additional cost to you.

How can we do this?

Virtually all of the telecom providers have indirect sales channels, that allow us to earn residual commissions on accounts we negotiate and procure on the carriers behalf.  Our model is to shift the cost of our analysis, sourcing and ongoing carrier accountability from your back to theirs.  We become a value added resource to your telecom/IT team, and they pay for it!
